Delcath Systems reports preliminary 2025 revenue of $85.2 million

Delcath Systems Inc. (NASDAQ: DCTH) announced preliminary financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2025, according to a company statement.

The interventional oncology company expects total revenue of approximately $20.7 million for the fourth quarter and $85.2 million for the full year. HEPZATO KIT revenue is projected at $19.0 million for the quarter and $78.8 million for the year, while CHEMOSAT revenue is expected to reach $1.7 million and $6.4 million, respectively.

The company repurchased 628,572 common shares for $6.0 million through December 31, 2025, under its approved $25.0 million share buyback program. As of December 31, 2025, Delcath held approximately $91.0 million in cash and short-term investments with no debt, compared to $88.9 million as of September 30, 2025.

Delcath reported approximately 140% growth in HEPZATO procedure volume in 2025 compared to 2024, with 25 currently active centers. The company noted that independent investigators presented results from the Phase 2 CHOPIN trial at the 2025 European Society of Medical Oncology Annual Congress, showing improved one-year progression-free survival for CHEMOSAT combined with ipilimumab and nivolumab versus CHEMOSAT alone in metastatic uveal melanoma.

"In 2026 we will continue to drive increased adoption and utilization of HEPZATO by raising awareness among treating physicians of the CHOPIN study findings," said Gerard Michel, chief executive officer.

The preliminary results remain unaudited and may vary from final figures due to audit adjustments and other developments. The company plans to release final financial results and provide a detailed business update during its annual results call.
