Datavault AI Inc. (NASDAQ: DVLT) announced it is negotiating dozens of contracts worldwide for licensing its patent technologies to real world asset owners seeking tokenization services.
The Philadelphia-based company said it is in discussions with governments and corporations to potentially tokenize assets including gold, silver, diamonds, aluminum, titanium, carbon credits, and rare earth metals. Some negotiations have reached an executable stage, according to the company's statement.
Datavault AI updated its revenue guidance for 2025 to a range of $30 million to $60 million, compared to $2.7 million in 2024. The company projects 2026 revenue will exceed $200 million.
The contracts under negotiation include limited field of use licenses and multi-million dollar upfront license fees with milestone and profit-sharing components. The company stated these agreements could potentially generate hundreds of millions of dollars upon execution and delivery of its data solutions.
Datavault AI operates through two divisions: Acoustic Science, featuring spatial and wireless HD sound transmission technologies, and Data Science, which provides Web 3.0 data monetization solutions. The company's platform includes three AI agents: Data Vault Bank, DataScore, and DataValue.
The company claims to hold dominant intellectual property rights in issued patents and pending applications that it believes are required for entities entering the real world asset tokenization business.
