Cango reports 616.6 bitcoin mined in September, holds 5,810 total

Cango Inc. (NYSE: CANG) produced 616.6 bitcoin in September 2025, down from 663.7 bitcoin in August, according to the company's monthly mining operations update.
The Hong Kong-based company's daily bitcoin production averaged 20.55 coins in September, compared to 21.41 coins per day in August. The company's total bitcoin holdings increased to 5,810 coins at the end of September from 5,193.4 coins at the end of August.
Cango maintained its deployed hashrate at 50 exahash per second during both months. The average operating hashrate improved to 44.85 EH/s in September from 43.74 EH/s in August, representing an operational efficiency of approximately 89.7%.
"Our relentless focus on operational excellence and fleet efficiency continues to deliver results across our global mining operations," said Paul Yu, CEO and Director of Cango. "This month, we've grown our operational hashrate to 89.7%, increased our bitcoin treasury to over 5,800 BTC."
The company noted it holds bitcoin for long-term purposes and does not currently intend to sell any of its bitcoin holdings. The production figures are unaudited and estimated.
Cango operates bitcoin mining facilities across North America, the Middle East, South America, and East Africa. The company entered the cryptocurrency mining business in November 2024 and also operates an online international used car export business through AutoCango.com.
