February 5, 2026 7:02 AM EST

Broadwind (NASDAQ: BWEN) reported preliminary full-year 2025 revenue between $155 million and $160 million, with net income ranging from $4.7 million to $5.7 million, according to a company statement.

The precision manufacturer of specialized components also reported preliminary non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA between $8 million and $9 million for 2025. The company said demand remained strong across power generation, industrial, and energy sectors during the fourth quarter.

Broadwind experienced reduced manufacturing throughput in the fourth quarter due to a raw material supply issue under a directed-buy program with an OEM customer in its Heavy Fabrications segment. The company stated it has taken corrective action and expects the impact to be resolved in the first quarter of 2026.

For 2026, Broadwind provided financial guidance projecting revenue between $140 million and $150 million, with a midpoint of $145 million. The company forecasts non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA between $8 million and $10 million, with a midpoint of $9 million.

The 2026 guidance excludes contributions from Broadwind's Manitowoc, Wisconsin operations, which were sold on September 8, 2025. The Manitowoc facility generated approximately $41 million in revenue during 2025 and $25 million in 2024.

Broadwind will report complete fourth quarter and full-year 2025 results on March 11, 2026, before market opening, followed by a conference call at 11:00 a.m. ET.
