January 12, 2026 4:46 PM EST

BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc. (NASDAQ: BMRN) disclosed preliminary financial results during a presentation at the J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference on January 12, 2026.

The company estimates it generated approximately $3.2 billion in total revenues for 2025, based on unaudited preliminary results. VOXZOGO sales contributed approximately $920 million to the annual revenue figure.

BioMarin expects to record an asset write-down related to ROCTAVIAN in the fourth quarter of 2025 ranging from $230 million to $260 million. The write-down will reduce the company's Non-GAAP income and Non-GAAP diluted earnings per share by approximately $120 million to $125 million, or $0.60 to $0.64 per share, based on approximately 200 million weighted-average diluted shares outstanding.

The company stated that excluding the asset write-down impact, its 2025 full-year financial guidance for Non-GAAP diluted earnings per share remains unchanged from guidance provided on October 27, 2025.

The information was disclosed during BioMarin's business update presentation at the healthcare conference.
