Allegiant Travel reports 10.3% passenger increase in July

Allegiant Travel Company (NASDAQ: ALGT) reported that scheduled service passengers increased 10.3% to 2,092,740 in July 2025 compared to 1,897,963 in July 2024, according to preliminary traffic results released by the company.

Revenue passenger miles rose 10.3% to 1.86 billion from 1.68 billion year-over-year. Available seat miles increased 11.5% to 2.14 billion from 1.92 billion, while load factor decreased 0.9 percentage points to 86.6% from 87.5%.

The Las Vegas-based airline operated 14,061 departures in July 2025, an 11.8% increase from 12,580 departures in the same month last year. Average stage length decreased slightly to 867 miles from 870 miles.

Total system passengers, which includes scheduled service and fixed fee contract operations, reached 2,100,774, representing a 10.1% increase from 1,908,813 passengers in July 2024. Total system available seat miles grew 10.8% to 2.18 billion, and departures increased 11.0% to 14,330.

The company reported an estimated average fuel cost of $2.58 per gallon for July 2025.

Allegiant operates an integrated travel business focused on connecting small-to-medium cities to vacation destinations through nonstop flights.
