APA Corporation (NASDAQ: APA) released supplemental information for its third-quarter 2025 financial and operational results. The Houston-based energy company provided preliminary data ahead of its earnings conference call scheduled for November 6 at 10 a.m. Central time.

The company reported estimated average realized prices for the third quarter of $66.00 per barrel for U.S. oil and $68.50 per barrel for international oil. Natural gas liquids averaged $20.00 per barrel domestically and $40.00 per barrel internationally. Natural gas prices were $0.70 per thousand cubic feet in the U.S. and $4.20 per thousand cubic feet internationally.

APA received substantial payments from the Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation during the third quarter, bringing Egypt receivables to normalized levels. The company made $173 million in proportional distributions to its non-controlling interest partner in Egypt, compared to $126 million and $91 million in the first and second quarters, respectively.

The company curtailed approximately 20 million cubic feet per day of U.S. natural gas production and 1,400 barrels per day of U.S. natural gas liquids production during the quarter due to weak Waha hub prices. Egypt tax barrels are estimated at 37-38 thousand barrels of oil equivalent per day.

APA repurchased 3.1 million shares at an average price of $20.78 per share during the third quarter. The estimated weighted-average basic common shares outstanding for the period is 357 million.

The company reported dry hole costs of $4-6 million before tax and a net gain on oil and gas purchases and sales of $177 million before tax, including commodity derivatives impact.
