ACM Research, Inc. (NASDAQ: ACMR) announced preliminary unaudited revenue expectations for the third quarter of 2025 ranging from $264 million to $267 million, representing year-over-year growth of 29% to 31%.
The semiconductor equipment supplier also reported preliminary total shipments expected between $257 million and $262 million, representing a flat to 2% decline compared to the same period last year.
The announcement coincides with the release of unaudited financial results by ACM Research (Shanghai), Inc., the company's principal operating subsidiary, to the Shanghai Stock Exchange. ACM owns a 74.6% equity interest in ACM Shanghai, which contributes a substantial majority of ACM's consolidated revenue and net income.
ACM plans to discuss its full financial results for the third quarter and revenue outlook for the remainder of the year during its earnings call scheduled for November 5, 2025, at 8 a.m. Eastern Time.
The company noted that actual unaudited third quarter results remain subject to completion of quarter-end closing procedures and review by its independent registered public accounting firm.
ACM Shanghai's standalone financial results are reported in RMB according to Chinese generally accepted accounting principles, which may differ materially from ACM's consolidated results prepared in U.S. dollars under U.S. generally accepted accounting principles.
The Fremont, California-based company develops, manufactures and sells semiconductor process equipment for cleaning, electroplating, stress-free polishing, vertical furnace processes, track, PECVD, and wafer- and panel-level packaging applications.
