Lucky Strike Entertainment launches $700 million debt refinancing

September 10, 2025 7:21 AM EDT

Lucky Strike Entertainment Corporation (NYSE: LUCK) announced a $700 million senior secured notes offering through its subsidiary Kingpin Intermediate Holdings LLC. The notes, due in 2032, are being offered privately to qualified institutional buyers.

The company simultaneously launched a refinancing of its corporate credit facilities. The refinancing includes a new $1 billion term loan facility and a $400 million revolving credit facility.

Proceeds from the notes offering and new credit facilities will repay existing debt under the company's current corporate term loan, bridge loan and revolving credit facilities, along with related fees and expenses. Excess proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

The notes will be guaranteed by Lucky Strike Entertainment and its subsidiaries, excluding the issuer. The notes and guarantees will be secured by the same assets that secure the new credit facilities.

Lucky Strike Entertainment also reported preliminary financial results for July and August 2025. Same-store sales growth at comparable U.S. centers was positive compared to the same months in 2024. Total revenue for both months showed double-digit growth compared to the prior year periods.

The company cautioned that the preliminary financial information is unaudited and subject to change. The data has not been audited or reviewed by the company's independent accounting firm.

The refinancing transactions remain subject to market and other conditions. The company stated there is no assurance the transactions will be completed on the described terms.
