David Tepper Says There's "No Logic" to QE3 - CNBC

In an e-mail to CNBC's Squawk Box David Tepper of Appaloosa said there is "no logic to QE3." He said that the market will need to drop much more for the Fed to step in. He calls it a difficult investing environment.
