Wealth Minerals closes final tranche of private placement for $546,000
Wealth Minerals Ltd. (TSXV: WML) (OTCQB: WMLLF) completed the final tranche of its private placement on February 25, 2026, issuing 6,825,000 units at $0.08 per unit for gross proceeds of $546,000.
The Vancouver-based mineral resource company issued a total of 19,575,000 units across all tranches, raising aggregate gross proceeds of $1,566,000. Each unit consists of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant exercisable at $0.12, expiring February 25, 2028.
All securities issued carry a four-month plus one day hold period. The company paid finder's fees to Canaccord Genuity Corp. ($3,920 cash and 49,000 finder's warrants) and Haywood Securities Inc. ($2,800 cash and 35,000 finder's warrants).
Wealth Minerals focuses on lithium projects in Chile and the acquisition and development of lithium projects in South America. The company also advances battery metal projects where it identifies opportunities in project selection and initial evaluation.
