Sunworks (SUNW) Announces $17.6M ATM Offering

Sunworks (NASDAQ: SUNW) has entered into an At Market Issuance Sales Agreement the (the “Sales Agreement”) with B. Riley Securities, Inc. (“B. Riley”) and Northland Securities, Inc. (“Northland”, and together with B. Riley, the “Sales Agents”) relating to the issuance and sale of our common stock offered by this prospectus supplement. In accordance with the terms of the Sales Agreement, we may offer and sell shares of our common stock under this prospectus having an aggregate offering price of up to $17,600,000 from time to time through or to either Sales Agent, as sales agent or principal.
