Siyata Mobile (SYTA) Prices $6M Offering at $0.58/sh

Siyata Mobile Inc. (NASDAQ: SYTA)(NASDAQ: SYTAW) announces the pricing of its public offering of approx. $6 million of common shares, and/or pre-funded warrants to purchase common shares at a public offering price of $0.58 per share (minus $0.01 per pre-funded warrant). The Company intends to use the proceeds of the offering for working capital, general corporate purposes, payments to a third-party marketing agency for services related to marketing and advertising, strategic investments, and any additional future acquisition (if any).

Dominari Securities LLC is acting as the sole placement agent in connection with the offering.

The offering is expected to close on June 28, 2024, subject to customary closing conditions.
