SelectQuote, Inc. (NYSE: SLQT), a pioneer in providing consumers with unbiased price comparisons from some of the most trusted insurance carriers, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 28,500,000 shares of its common stock at a price of $20.00 per share.
Of the offered shares, 18,000,000 shares are being offered by SelectQuote and 10,500,000 shares are being offered by selling stockholders. The selling stockholders have also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 4,275,000 shares at the initial public offering price less underwriting discounts and commissions. SelectQuote will not receive any proceeds from any sale of shares by the selling stockholders. The shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “SLQT” on May 21, 2020. The offering is expected to close on May 26, 2020 subject to customary closing conditions.

LLC, Evercore Group L.L.C., RBC Capital Markets, LLC, Barclays Capital Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Jefferies LLC are acting as joint bookrunners. Cantor Fitzgerald & Co., Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, Inc., Piper Sandler & Co. and Drexel Hamilton LLC, are acting as co-managers for this offering.
