Nuzee (NUZE) Announces Proposed Share Offering

NuZee, Inc. (NASDAQ: NUZE), a leading coffee co-packing and technology company, today announced it has commenced a firm commitment underwritten public offering of its common stock. All of the shares of common stock are being offered by NuZee. The public offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the public offering may be completed, or the actual size or terms of the public offering.

Maxim Group LLC is acting as the sole book-running manager for the public offering.

The public offering is being made pursuant to an effective shelf registration statement on Form S-3 (File No. 333-274818) previously filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") on September 29, 2023 and declared effective on October 5, 2023.
