Millendo Therapeutics Inc. (MLND) Prices 4.167M Share Common Offering at $6/Sh

Millendo Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: MLND) today announced the pricing of its underwritten public offering of 4,166,667 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $6.00 per share, for aggregate gross proceeds of $25.0 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and offering expenses payable by Millendo. In addition, Millendo has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 625,000 additional shares of common stock at the public offering price, less the underwriting discounts and commissions. All of the shares are being sold by Millendo. The offering is expected to close on December 9, 2019, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.

Citigroup and SVB Leerink are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.
