Mach Natural Resources LP is a Delaware limited partnership focused on the acquisition, development and production of oil, natural gas and NGL reserves in the Anadarko Basin region of Western Oklahoma, Southern Kansas and the panhandle of Texas. We are offering 7,853,403 common units representing limited partner interests (“common units”) to the underwriters in a firm commitment offering.
