Linn Energy (LINE) Enters Equity Distribution Agreement with Citigroup

On August 23, 2011, Linn Energy, LLC (Nasdaq: LINE) entered into an Equity Distribution Agreement with Citigroup Global Markets Inc., as sales agent, pursuant to which the Company may issue and sell units representing limited liability company interests in the Company having an aggregate offering price of up to $500 million from time to time.
