Kobrea expects to close $8.5 million private placement on October 3

Kobrea Exploration Corp. (CSE: KBX) announced it expects to close its private placement offering on October 3, 2025, for aggregate gross proceeds of $8.5 million.



The offering consists of two components: a brokered offering of 7.75 million units at $0.50 per unit for gross proceeds of $3.88 million, and a non-brokered offering of 9.25 million units at the same price for gross proceeds of $4.62 million.



The closing remains subject to receiving necessary regulatory approvals, including approval from the Canadian Securities Exchange.



Kobrea is a mineral exploration company focused on base metal projects. The company holds rights to earn 100% interest in seven projects totaling 733 square kilometers in southwestern Mendoza Province, Argentina. The properties are considered prospective for porphyry copper and porphyry copper-gold deposits. Kobrea also holds a 100% interest in the Upland Copper Project in British Columbia, Canada.



The company previously announced details of the private placement in news releases dated September 17, 2025 and September 23, 2025. An amended offering document dated October 1, 2025 is available under the company's profile on regulatory filing systems.



The securities have not been registered under U.S. Securities Act and may not be offered or sold in the United States unless registered or an exemption from registration is available.
