Kalera Public (KAL) Prices 68M Share Offering at $0.13/sh

Kalera Public Limited Company (Nasdaq: KAL) today announced the pricing of its public offering of an aggregate of 68,000,000 units at a public offering price of $0.13 per unit. Each unit consists of one ordinary share (or prefunded warrant in lieu thereof) and two warrants. The warrants will be immediately exercisable at a price of $0.13 per share and expire five years from the date of issuance. Gross proceeds from the offering, before deducting the placement agent’s fees and other offering expenses, are expected to be approximately $8.84 million.

Maxim Group LLC is acting as sole placement agent for the offering.

The closing of the offering is expected to occur on or about October 31, 2022, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
