Invitation Homes Inc. (INVH) Prices 57.6M Share Secondary Offering at $30.10/Sh

Invitation Homes Inc. (NYSE: INVH) announced today the pricing of a secondary offering of 57,600,000 shares of Invitation Homes common stock by certain selling stockholders affiliated with Blackstone at $30.10 per share. The offering is expected to close on November 26, 2019, subject to customary closing conditions. Upon consummation of this offering and Blackstone's related distribution of its remaining 300,452 shares in Invitation Homes to its partners, Blackstone will no longer beneficially own shares in Invitation Homes.

Invitation Homes is not offering any shares of common stock in the offering and will not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares in this offering. In addition, none of Invitation Homes' officers or directors are selling any shares of common stock beneficially owned by them in the offering.

Morgan Stanley is serving as the underwriter for the offering.
