IMPACT Silver Corp. (TSXV: IPT) (OTCQB: ISVLF) completed a private placement raising C$16 million in gross proceeds, the company announced Tuesday. The Vancouver-based mining company sold 44.4 million units at C$0.36 per unit through the bought deal offering.

Each unit includes one common share and one warrant exercisable at C$0.45 until September 17, 2027. Red Cloud Securities Inc. and Research Capital Corporation served as co-lead underwriters for the transaction.

The company plans to use proceeds to advance underground development at its Guadalupe mine in Mexico and Guerrero states, expand operations at its Plomosas zinc-silver-lead mine in Chihuahua state, and for general working capital purposes.

Underwriters received C$1.04 million in cash fees and 2.9 million broker warrants exercisable at the offering price until September 2027. The broker warrants are subject to a hold period until January 18, 2026.

Units issued to Canadian purchasers under the listed issuer financing exemption are immediately tradeable. International units were sold through private placement exemptions from registration requirements.

IMPACT operates two mining projects in Mexico. The Royal Mines of Zacualpan district includes four underground silver mines and one open pit mine feeding a 500 tons per day processing plant. The Plomosas district produces zinc-lead-silver from a high-grade deposit in northern Mexico.

The company has produced over 13.5 million ounces of silver and generated more than $298 million in revenue over 19 years of operations, according to the announcement.

The offering remains subject to final approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.
