Ecovyst Inc. (ECVT) Announces 12.5M Share Secondary Offering by Selling Stockholders

Ecovyst Inc. (NYSE: ECVT) today announced that certain of its stockholders (the “Selling Stockholders”) intend to offer for sale 12,500,000 shares of its common stock pursuant to the Company’s shelf registration statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. In addition, the Selling Stockholders have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,875,000 additional shares at the public offering price less underwriting discounts and commissions.

The Selling Stockholders will receive all of the net proceeds from this offering. No shares are being sold by the Company.

Citigroup, Deutsche Bank Securities and Credit Suisse are serving as the joint lead book-running managers of the offering.
