Duke Realty (DRE) Prices 36M Share Offering at $14.25/Share

Duke Realty Corporation (NYSE: DRE) today announced pricing of its public offering of 36 million shares of its common stock at a price of $14.25 per share. The underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to 5.4 million additional shares of common stock. The offering is expected to close on January 15, 2013, subject to customary closing conditions. Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and UBS Securities LLC are acting as joint book running managers for the offering. Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and Evercore Group LLC are acting as co-managers.

The offering is being made pursuant to an effective shelf registration statement and prospectus filed by the company with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
