Day One (DAWN) Announces Proposed $150M Public Offering of Common Stock

Day One Biopharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: DAWN), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company dedicated to developing and commercializing targeted therapies for people of all ages with life-threatening diseases, today announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of $150.0 million of shares of its common stock. All of the shares of common stock are being offered by Day One. In addition, Day One intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional $22.5 million of shares of its common stock at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. The proposed offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the proposed offering.
J.P. Morgan, TD Cowen and Piper Sandler are acting as the joint book-running managers for the proposed offering.
