D-Wave Quantum files prospectus for resale of 10.4M shares

D-Wave Quantum Inc. (NYSE: QBTS) filed a prospectus supplement with the Securities and Exchange Commission on January 20, 2026, covering the resale of 10,430,444 shares of common stock by certain selling stockholders.
