Cryoport (CYRX) to Offer $200M in Common Stock

Cryoport, Inc. (Nasdaq: CYRX) announced that it intends to offer $200 million of shares of common stock in an underwritten public offering. The offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering. Cryoport also expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the shares of common stock offered in the public offering at the public offering price. All of the shares in the offering are to be sold by Cryoport.

The Company expects to use the net proceeds from the offering of the shares for general corporate purposes, which may include working capital, inventory development, global infrastructure buildout and facilities expansion, sales and marketing.

Morgan Stanley, Jefferies, SVB Leerink, and UBS Investment Bank are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.
