Circle Internet Group (NYSE: CRCL) has filed to offer 10,000,000 shares. The company intends to offer 2,000,000 shares and selling stockholders are offering 8,000,000 shares. The price of the offering will be determined at the time of pricing and may be at a discount to the current market price.
