Cingulate increases ATM offering capacity by $8.4 million

Cingulate Inc. (NASDAQ: CING) increased the maximum aggregate offering price under its at-the-market offering agreement with H.C. Wainwright & Co. from $23.5 million to $31.9 million on January 12, 2026, according to a company statement.
The pharmaceutical company filed a prospectus supplement for an additional $8.4 million under the sales agreement originally dated January 3, 2023. Prior to this increase, Cingulate had sold shares totaling $15.1 million under the existing agreement.
The at-the-market offering allows the company to sell shares of its common stock with a par value of $0.0001 per share through the designated sales agent when market conditions are favorable.
