Castellum raises $4.5 million through warrant exercises

Castellum Inc. (NYSE-American: CTM) announced that investors exercised 3,673,666 warrants from its June 2025 public offering, generating gross proceeds of $4,481,873.
The warrants were part of 4,166,667 units sold in the company's June 12, 2025 public offering. Each unit consisted of one share of common stock and one warrant with an exercise price of $1.22 that expired on August 12, 2025.
The Vienna, Virginia-based cybersecurity, electronic warfare, and software engineering services company focuses on federal government contracts. The warrant exercises represent approximately 88% of the total warrants issued in the June offering.
"This new capital further strengthens our already solid balance sheet and positions us to finish 2025 with powerful momentum going into 2026," said Glen Ives, President and CEO of Castellum.
David Bell, Chief Financial Officer, stated that the warrant exercises would allow the company to continue investing in growth initiatives.
