Canamera Energy raises $1.12 million in private placement
Canamera Energy Metals Corp. (CSE: EMET) (OTCQB: EMETF) (FSE: 4LF0) completed a non-brokered private placement raising approximately $1.12 million in gross proceeds, the company announced December 22.
The Edmonton-based critical minerals exploration company issued 2 million flow-through units at $0.56 per unit. Each unit consists of one flow-through common share and half of one warrant, with full warrants exercisable at $0.65 for 36 months to acquire one common share.
Combined with a previous raise in November, Canamera has raised approximately $5.57 million since November 24. The proceeds will be used for Canadian exploration expenses as defined under Canada's Income Tax Act.
The company paid $67,200 in finder's fees and issued 120,000 finder's warrants to GloRes Securities Inc. and Marquest Asset Management Inc. Marquest also participated as a subscriber in the placement. The securities are subject to a four-month-and-one-day statutory hold period.
Canamera also announced three service agreements. The company engaged InvestorBrandNetwork for corporate communications services at $25,000 per quarter for an initial 180-day term. RedChip Companies will conduct a national television advertising campaign on Fox Business and CNBC from January 7-21, 2026, for $85,000.
Independent Trading Group will provide market-making services for the company's common shares on the CSE at $5,500 monthly for a minimum one-month term. None of the service providers will receive equity compensation.
Canamera maintains a portfolio of energy metals and rare earth element projects across the Americas, including uranium projects in Wyoming and rare earth projects in Brazil, Ontario, and British Columbia.
