Canamera Energy Metals increases private placement to $2.5 million

Canamera Energy Metals Corp. (CSE: EMET) (OTCQB: EMETF) (FSE: 4LF0) announced it will increase the size of its previously announced non-brokered private placement to offer up to 3,787,879 flow-through units at $0.66 per unit, up from the previously announced 2,272,727 units.



The amended offering will raise aggregate proceeds of up to $2.5 million. Each flow-through unit consists of one flow-through common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder to acquire one common share at $0.75 for 24 months.



The securities will be subject to a hold period of four months and one day. Proceeds from the flow-through units will be used to incur Canadian Exploration Expenses under Canada's Income Tax Act.



The company maintains its separate offering under the Listed Issuer Financing Exemption of up to 4,545,454 units at $0.55 per unit for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $2.5 million, with no changes to those terms.



Canamera filed an amended offering document available on its website and at sedarplus.ca due to the changes in the concurrent offering.



The Edmonton-based company operates as a critical and rare earth metals exploration company with projects across North America and Brazil, including properties in Ontario, Colorado, Wyoming, and British Columbia.
