Blue Star Gold Corp. (TSXV: BAU) announced plans to complete a non-brokered private placement of up to $1.5 million through the issuance of up to 6 million flow-through common shares at $0.25 per share.

The private placement requires approval from the TSX Venture Exchange. The flow-through shares will qualify as flow-through shares under Canada's Income Tax Act, with the company renouncing expenditures to investors for the taxation year ending December 31, 2025.

Blue Star intends to use net proceeds from the flow-through shares to incur Canadian exploration expenses on its Nunavut projects before December 31, 2026. Additional proceeds will be used for general working capital purposes.

The mineral exploration company holds 300 square kilometers of properties in the High Lake Greenstone Belt in Nunavut, Canada. Its holdings include the Ulu Gold Project, comprised of the Ulu Mining Lease and Hood River Property, and the Roma Project.

Blue Star trades on the TSX Venture Exchange under symbol BAU, the U.S. OTCQB Venture Market as BAUFF, and the Frankfurt Exchange as 5WP0.
