Battery Mineral Resources closes second tranche raising $600,000

Battery Mineral Resources Corp. (TSXV: BMR) (OTCQB: BTRMF) closed the second tranche of its private placement offering, issuing 3,000,000 common shares at $0.20 per share for gross proceeds of $600,000, according to a company statement.



The Vancouver-based company previously closed the first tranche on April 22, 2026, raising $451,647. Total proceeds from both tranches reached $1,051,647 through the sale of 5,258,235 shares.



The shares were issued under the Listed Issuer Financing Exemption pursuant to National Instrument 45-106 and are not subject to resale restrictions under Canadian securities laws. In the United States, the offering was conducted as a private placement under exemptions from registration requirements of the Securities Act of 1933.



Battery Mineral Resources stated it intends to use proceeds to advance processing plant operations and planned underground development at its Punitaqui Mining Complex in Chile's Coquimbo region, along with general working capital purposes.



The company paid EAS Advisors LLC, acting through Odeon Capital Group, a cash commission of $36,000 in connection with the second tranche closing.



Battery Mineral Resources operates the Punitaqui Mining Complex, a copper, gold, and silver-producing mine in Chile. The company's portfolio includes ESI Energy Services Inc. and North American mineral exploration assets.
