AtriCure (ATRC) Announces Proposed $100M Share Common Offering

AtriCure, Inc. (NASDAQ: ATRC) today announced it has commenced a proposed underwritten public offering in which it expects to issue and sell approximately $100 million of shares of its common stock pursuant to its existing automatic shelf registration statement. In connection with this offering, AtriCure plans to grant the underwriters of the offering a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the shares of its common stock at the public offering price less the underwriting discounts and commissions. AtriCure intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for working capital and other general corporate purposes, which may include repayment of debt or long-term liabilities, and other potential corporate or market development activities.

J.P. Morgan and Piper Sandler are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. Canaccord Genuity, Needham & Company, Stifel, SVB Leerink and BTIG are acting as co-managers. The offering is subject to market conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or the actual size or terms of the offering.
