Apria Inc. (APR) Prices 7.5M Share IPO at $20/Sh

Apria, Inc. (NASDAQ: APR) announced today the pricing of its initial public offering of 7,500,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $20.00 per share. The selling stockholders have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,125,000 shares of common stock. The shares are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on February 11, 2021 under the symbol “APR.” The offering is expected to close on February 16, 2021, subject to customary closing conditions.

Apria will not receive any net proceeds from the sale of its common stock by the selling stockholders, including from any exercise by the underwriters of their option to purchase additional shares of the common stock from the selling stockholders.

Citigroup and Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC are acting as joint lead book-running managers for the offering. BofA Securities, J.P. Morgan and UBS Investment Bank are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. Piper Sandler, Citizens Capital Markets, Fifth Third Securities and TD Securities are acting as co-managers for the offering.

The proposed offering of these securities will be made only by means of a prospectus.
