Apollo Commercial Real Estate Finance (ARI) Prices 8M Share Offering

Apollo Commercial Real Estate Finance (NYSE: ARI) priced an underwritten public offering of 8,000,000 shares of common stock. In connection with the offering, the Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,200,000 shares of common stock. The offering is expected to close on March 11, 2013, and is subject to customary closing conditions.

J.P. Morgan, BofA Merrill Lynch and Citigroup are the joint book-running managers for the offering.
