Ambiq Micro files for 2.2 million share public offering

Ambiq Micro Inc. (NYSE: AMBQ) filed for a public offering of 2.2 million shares of common stock, according to a company statement.

The semiconductor company will offer 2,157,051 shares of its common stock with a par value of $0.000001 per share. Selling stockholders will offer an additional 42,949 shares through the same prospectus.

Ambiq stated it will not receive proceeds from the shares sold by the selling stockholders. The company will only receive proceeds from its portion of the offering.
