ASP Isotopes prices $60 million stock offering at $8 per share

ASP Isotopes Inc. (NASDAQ: ASPI) announced the pricing of an underwritten registered direct offering of 7.5 million common shares at $8.00 per share to a single institutional investor. The offering is expected to generate gross proceeds of approximately $60 million before underwriting discounts and expenses.
The transaction is scheduled to close on or about July 25, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions. Cantor and Canaccord Genuity served as joint book-running managers for the offering, while Ocean Wall Limited acted as financial advisor.
The company plans to use net proceeds for general corporate purposes, including working capital, operating expenses, and capital expenditures, according to the press release statement.
The offering is being conducted under a shelf registration statement on Form S-3 previously filed with and declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission, along with a related registration statement filed under Rule 462(b).
ASP Isotopes describes itself as a development stage advanced materials company focused on producing isotopes for healthcare and technology industries using proprietary Aerodynamic Separation Process technology. The company operates isotope enrichment facilities in Pretoria, South Africa, and is developing Quantum Enrichment technology for the nuclear energy sector.
The company targets isotopes including Silicon-28 for quantum computing applications, various isotopes for healthcare uses such as Molybdenum-100 and Zinc-68, and isotopes for green energy applications including Lithium-6 and Uranium-235.
