ASP Isotopes announces underwritten public offering of common stock

ASP Isotopes Inc. (NASDAQ: ASPI) announced it is commencing an underwritten public offering of common stock shares. The advanced materials company, which develops technology and processes for isotope production across multiple industries, filed a shelf registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission on October 14, 2025, which became immediately effective upon filing.
Cantor and Lucid Capital Markets are serving as joint book-running managers for the offering. The company did not disclose the number of shares to be offered or the expected pricing terms.
The offering remains subject to market conditions, and the company stated there is no assurance regarding whether or when the offering may be completed, or the actual size or terms of the offering.
ASP Isotopes operates isotope enrichment facilities in Pretoria, South Africa, focusing on enriching isotopes of elements with low atomic mass. The company uses proprietary Aerodynamic Separation Process technology and is developing Quantum Enrichment technology for the nuclear energy sector.

The company's initial focus involves producing and commercializing enriched isotopes for healthcare and technology industries, including isotopes used in quantum computing and emerging healthcare applications.
