5E Advanced Materials announces public offering of common stock

5E Advanced Materials Inc. (NASDAQ: FEAM) announced the commencement of an underwritten public offering of common stock shares. The development stage company, which focuses on boron and boron derivative materials, stated that all shares in the offering are being sold by the company.



The proposed offering remains subject to market and other conditions, with no assurance regarding completion timing or final terms. The company intends to grant underwriters a 30-day option to purchase additional shares at the public offering price.



Konik Capital Partners LLC serves as lead bookrunning manager for the proposed offering. The shares are being offered through an effective shelf registration statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on December 20, 2023, and declared effective February 27, 2024.
