Jun. S&P/CaseShiller Home Price Index: 141.30, Down 0.06% MoM

S&P/CaseShiller home price index for the month of June comes in at 141.30, vs. a reading of 139.75 for the month of May.

The index was down 0.06% on a month-over-month basis. Economists were looking for the index to remain unchanged.

Year-over-year, the index fell 4.52%, vs. the consensus of down 4.6%.
