S&P/CaseShiller home price index for the month of January comes in at 140.86, vs. 142.34 reported in December. Month-over-month, the index is down 0.22%.
On a year-over-year basis, the index fell 3.06%, vs. the economist estimate of down 3.2%. The reading for December fell 2.43%.
