Simon Property Group (NYSE: SPG) reported Q4 FFO of $3.23, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $3.22. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.46 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.46 billion.

GUIDANCE:

Simon Property Group sees FY2019 FFO of $12.30-$12.40, versus the consensus of $12.50.
