NASDAQ (NDAQ) Tops Q2 EPS by 5c

NASDAQ (NASDAQ: NDAQ) reported Q2 EPS of $0.69, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.64. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.16 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.13 billion.

2024 EXPENSE AND TAX GUIDANCE UPDATE

The company is updating its 2024 non-GAAP operating expense guidance to a range of $2,145 million to $2,185 million, and maintaining its 2024 non-GAAP tax rate guidance to be in the range of 24.5% to 26.5%.
