LivePerson (NASDAQ: LPSN) reported Q3 EPS of $0.03, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.03. Revenue for the quarter came in at $60.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $61.04 million.

LivePerson sees FY2015 EPS of $0.12-$0.13, versus prior guidance of $0.12-$0.15 and the consensus of $0.13. LivePerson sees FY2015 revenue of $239-240 million, versus prior guidance of $243-247 million and the consensus of $244.8 million.
