LivePerson, Inc. (NASDAQ: LPSN) reported Q1 EPS of $0.05, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.05. Revenue for the quarter came in at $47.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $47.14 million.

LivePerson, Inc. sees Q2 2014 EPS of $0.04-$0.06, versus the consensus of $0.05. LivePerson, Inc. sees Q2 2014 revenue of $49-50 million, versus the consensus of $48.73 million.

LivePerson, Inc. sees FY2014 EPS of $0.21-$0.25, versus the consensus of $0.23. LivePerson, Inc. sees FY2014 revenue of $199-204 million, versus the consensus of $201.8 million.
