GUIDANCE:

Liquidity Services sees Q4 2024 EPS of $0.25-$0.32, versus the consensus of $0.25.
Non-GAAP Adjusted EBITDA -We expect Non-GAAP Adjusted EBITDA to range from $12.0 million to $15.0 million.
