Equity Residential (NYSE: EQR) reported Q1 EPS of $0.56, $0.24 better than the analyst estimate of $0.32. Revenue for the quarter came in at $705.09 million versus the consensus estimate of $702.34 million.

GUIDANCE:

Equity Residential sees Q2 2023 EPS of $0.59-$0.63, versus the consensus of $0.40.
