Duke Realty (DRE) Tops Q1 FFO by 1c

Duke Realty (NYSE: DRE) reported Q1 FFO of $0.31, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.30. Revenue for the quarter came in at $267.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $239.3 million.

Duke Realty sees FY2015 FFO of $1.13-$1.19, versus the consensus of $1.18.
